This is Okita Souji as seen in Peace Maker Kurogane. In that series he sometimes calls himself oni no ko *child of demon* so I . . though I'd give him demon wings, I don't know, seemed like a good idea.
The pig is Saizo, his pet, and the plushie is of Hijikata . . a very scary, but cool man!
