I adore his stripes and cigarette. X3 lol! the splatters of rain on him don't seem pronounced enough... they are there, but they're easily overlooked... ^.^ I think it might help the whole thing to just up them a smidge. ^^ trying for constructive critisism... there is so much love still, no worries.
