Anyway, this is a picture of one of my first characters, Laela Ti'Ana. I know that there are a few errors in there, such as the smallness of the hands and the messy lineart. However, any opinions on how to work/improve on that sort of thing would be greatly appreciated.

I like her design.
I don't know if it was your intention but
the wings seem to have sparkly things about them
like prism thing in the edges often happens when you scan your ink
and not turn the work to grayscale then rgb ,but dude it made a great touch
