Well I was one of those people hit by the floods in New York, I live right on the Susquehanna AND Chenango rivers, so yes I got hit, but not as bad as others, only the basement flooded and nothing valuable was lost. But because of the flood, I came up with a new character, Crow, because there were dozens of crows on our street just cawing constantly eating the sewage water and so Crow came to mind when I heard them.
Now note this is Crow's symbol, not how he will really look, but somewhat. I'm just giving you this teaser till I have the full pict of Crow done

i like the style, especially the bottom of the symbol with the stylized spirals. sorry to hear about the floods too. I live in NY state also, but we didn't get hit with floods. There was however a tornado close by the other day. What wacky weather we have been having!

At least nothing of value got damaged. It's one of my biggest fears to lose all the things I love in a house fire or something. I always wonder how I'm gonna be able to get my stuff out if that happens
