I had a bad case of artist's block until I saw the [I]Underwater Love[/I] tutorial by Sam Gilbey in [I]Advanced Photoshop[/I] magazine (Issue 16).

DING!! Inspiration!!! I immediately set to sketching and came up with this merman.
