A picture I drew for Valentine's Day.
Yes, another fan art of Death Note from me. I really do enjoy drawing fan art from this series. With a lot of other pictures I get bored by the time I'm almost done, but when drawing fan art I'm excited all the way through. It's pretty interesting.
Aww, how weird and out of character. Raito gave L some chocolate and L gave Raito a very corny tie with hearts all over it. Originally I'd intended to have L critisizing Raito in some way (probably about the method he went about sending him the chocolate) and asking him if he liked his tie, but I thought it looked better without the text.
I have to say I really love their expressions in this drawing. Raito looks so angry and embarrassed, and L has that blank stare as usual.
The coloring I used is more simple the usual but I kind of like the way it turned out. The lines don't look too bad either, so I'm generally pleased with it.
