NOTE!!! --> detail shot of red face in WIP gallery

Medium: Plaster, acrylic paint, coloured paper
Dimensions: entirety varies, each face: w-7, l-15, h-4 inches
2006

Steps taken:
1. make a clay subject (lower half of face)
2. create mould of subject (this took about twelve hours.)
3. creates casts using moulds (MASS PRODUCTION, YEAH!!)

It was an assignment we had to do. The faces are meant to be hung on a wall, each face with the same-coloured wall behind it. IT TOOK AGES TO DO >_<

Basically, the idea was that talking is done with the mouth, and is the basic form of communication. I tried to communicate that through using the three primary colours: red, yellow, blue. The form that the mouth is taking isn't really crucial; mostly for aesthetic purposes.
