tezuka and fuji

it's tezuka and fuji-senpai from prince of tennis!

i spent...all day...working on this. the lineart alone took a really long time [due to the fact that i am still such a n00b at pen tool-usage]. the size of the picture is actually larger than it appears here, so the large scale also made this piece take longer. but i have to say, i have never had so much fun with a pic. even though my eyes hurt from staring at the screen all day, it's not a bad thing to have to look at these guys all day, eh?

i've been watching too much prince of tennis. this is the first of a series of portraits i'd like to do of the characters. next will probably be ryoma and momoshiro-senpai. don't quote me on that...i've actually been itching to draw kaidoh, too.
