Yeah, it looks very professional if I do say so myself, the only thing I'd suggest is probably animating the shirt but I know for a fact doing something like that can be a bitch.

Music: Lower the quality to about 32kbs ('s what I use, still sounds good) and place it in a movie clip and you'll shave that filesize right off!
Wil: If you make the feet seperate from his calves and make those bob, too, it'll look better. Lineart's pretty choice, though.
