"The Flying Man" from Cirque Du Soleil's "Alegria", he would do gymnastics like you'd expect someone to do on the rings, only he uses elastic bands which catapults him while doing the stunts. It's very hypnotic to watch! His performance song "Malioumba" (not to mention the performance itself) will probably be stuck in my head for a loooong looong time. I took a ton of screencaps, and dragged out my charcoal and went to town with it. Like most of my collage drawings, the faces on the smaller figures are bad. I should limit myself from doing tiny full-figures, but I like to fill up space. oh well.. The portrait on the bottom-right doesn't have that very *intense* gaze he was giving in the screencap, but it does look alot like him nontheless. Sorry, the name of the guy is a bit evasive on websites, but I believe it's Aleksandr Dobrynine. :)
And, yes, that is the same color that came out on paper, apparently white charcoal turns stuff blue..
