I rarely recycle old stuff or do a second attempt on one of my pieces, but I liked the group seen in [link] too much to not do it. And besides, I got by far too less attention. Hopefully this will get more.
I admit, it is more flashy with that setup, I guess. Okay, and I think I also improved.
Painted with Procreate Painter 7, time taken at least 14-15 hours. Didn't keep track of the time while working on it today, but it took me at least 7-8 hours for the one half yesterday. So yeah.
And don't ask what a Welker is. I just made that up so I had funny some title.

the grain of the wood flows so smoothly into the tree's faces (are they Ents...?) the background itself is like another picture. it's absolutly wonderful. real eye candy
