The Guardians

"I have a job for you both, if you think you're ready." The Etheral whispered to them.

"What is it?" asked one, his eyes dancing with interest.

"There is still a person waiting for her Guardian." She said in her soft voice.

"Aren't we too young to be Guardians?" asked the other, propping herself up on her friend, examining this strange Etheral.

"Perhaps." She replied.

"But you must have a reason for telling us that!" Interjected the bottom one, disappointed.

The Etheral laughed, a melodius laugh of innocence untainted by nightmares.

"You may go together, if you wish."

The two new Guardians smiled. Tonight they would meet their first Dreamer.

teh cuteness... it burnses us...

Tala and Mr. Bear. my two beloved stuffed animals. okay... i've got more than two. but those two are special to me. mostly because Mr.Bear makes everything better, and Tala blocks out the noise from my computer... and i randomly wake up with my head between her paws and her face in mine. which is just weird... O_o *cough*

anyway, Tala's a Jaguar, and Mr.Bear is a Polar Bear... the two coolest animals i can think of. (don't argue this point with me. just take my word for it that they're my favorites.)

also, i love Etherals. don't ask.
