In connection with the previous Picture of Felyndiira, this is Rhyl'tothral, The Drow created to be Fey's love interest. he is a cleric and a follower of Eilistraee, and escaped with Fey. they were separated for several years and were recently reunited.

I totally dig the blue pants. It kinda gives a very odd modern feel to it, which I always like in fantasy (if that makes any sense). The straps on his shoes are a neat touch.
The face is a bit dark, so it's hard to see. Could be my moniter though.
