Carnival for the v i s u a l

Practice at trying to get better at eyes, so that was my main focus with this one. Still doesn't pop out as much as I wanted, but there's plenty of time to work on it. :3 Everything else around was pretty much just slathered on afterwards. xD

Expect to see more eyes in the future! Bwahaha. If you have any tips, advice, or good tutorials, tell me!
