Abstract ink painting from Drawing II during Spring 2005 term.

When I did this, I hadn't seen snow in about five years. I was staring at that vast white expanse of paper and suddenly remembered a trip to the Poconos when I was in High School. I'd gone with the Youth Choir from my church to Stroudsburg, PA to sing at another church. The cabin we stayed at was right on a ski slope. I have some very fond memories of watching the snow fall through the trees.

Ink on 140 lb watercolour paper... painted with TWIGS!! Yes, we went out into the woods and grabbed twigs to use as "brushes" for this project. Original size: 18 x 24 inches

Print file will be made only upon request. Original is available (unmatted and unframed) for sale - $100
