CreatureInHeadlights

So this one has quite a story behind it.

When Violaine was here and we walked through the streets at night we started talking about the dark and creatures in the dark, and how you would react if you saw a being you´ve never seen before infront of you.
We came up with something shaved cat apelike with skull facialfeatures and long arms and so on.
Theres more to it but oh ya.
And then Violaine did the sketch for it on paper, on which I based this painting on to give it a more realistic feeling.
I actually wanted to animate the reaction of somebody if he sees this creature because the reaction interests me that much.

I didnt really know what section to put this in so I just gave it a go in Anthro seeing it was supposed to have some human features.

I drew it in the headlights of a car at night in the streets because I felt that situation quite fitting too.
I could have done a less lightningwise picture that would only show a silouett of the creature but I wanted to show it in full light so I found this good. I wanted to make it look more realistic but I gave up with the details seeing you barely see the veins and such I did already anymore and so I got tired of it.
I just wanted to finish it now so there you go.
I may animate the reaction scene with a more finished characterdesign for the creature sometimes, because I feel like doing it.
