Kirby wakes up In the middle of the night and finds that the building is shaking. He jumps up and grabs a Falcon 2. He runs outside and sees Skedar creating havoc everywhere. Suddenly he gets pushed back by a cloaked skedar. he blasts it in the face and starts shooting everywhere. After he runs out of bullets he sees Joanna's being carried out to the hanger by five Skedar. He yells and runs after them while a couple of Institute guards notice whats happening and cover him as he chases the Skedar down the corridor <Insert joke here>.
He manages to get to the hanger but it's too late. The skedar have taken off and left a nasty surprise for kirby. A neutron bomb they mustve gotten from thier earlier "deal" with DataDyne. Suddenly it erupts and sends kirby flying. To add to his misery, a couple more Skedar enter the hanger. He looks around and looks for any guns. Yeah!! One of the Skedar dropped a pair of Maulers nearby. Moving swiftly, he grabs the guns, shoots the skedar, and lands in the Arwing all in one leap. He activates the voice activated hanger doors and flys out to try and catch the Skedar. While in the air he notices a UFO being piloted by "Protector Two" from PK2. The Maian attaches to the Arwing and lets Kirby on.
Kirby sets the Arwing on Autopilot and gets on board the maian ship. They quickly speed off at lightspeed to find the skedar ship.....

MEANWHILE AT THE INSTITUTE...

The Institute is suffering heavy casualties as the Skedar murder hundreds of Institute employees.
As soon as things seem hopeless, a squad of Maian Protectors bursts in and start wiping out the the skedar. The protectors are backed up by people youd never expect to help the Institute: DataDyne Troopers!!! Apparently the DataDyne have stumbled on the skedars secret plan that wont only wipe out the Earth, but the entire solar system!!! Atfer thier attempted betrayal before by the Skedar, they are just as eager to kill the Skedar. Neil (god I wish he were among the dead) asks what they found, but the DataDyne answer that there is no time to explain and that thier main concern is to protect Professor 1.99, Professor Oblivion and Roy!!! The Maians are a little less in a rush and tell Niel about how Protector 2 had discovered the institute was under attack. he tells Niel that Kirby is with Protector 2 and that Joanna has been kidnapped. Accordingly, somehow Joanna had sent out a message on the Maian emergency frequency, which is only given to Perfect agents.
Niel asks about the Skedar's plan but the Maians also refuse to give up any information about it, saying, "its better that you dont know"....

MEANWHILE ON THE SKEDAR SHIP....

Things are very busy on the skedar ship. The prisoner has escaped and is proceeding towards the main deck. However, the skedar have built a way to stop her. A "Suspension Field" reactor has been put to use at the very opening of the control chamber. A small squad of skedar have been sent to "try" to stop her so she will not suspect any trap.
"Yess. She will pay for her murderssss..."
Suddenly the door to the main chamber opens and Joanna begins to enter. Suddenly she freezes and does not move. The lead skedar tells his minions: "Retrieve her! And this time, I dont want her to escape! We must learn all we can about this, Hippin Jippin gene and Professor 1.99....."


MEANWHILE ON THE MAIAN UFO....

Kirby asks the Maian Dose how they are going to find the Skedar ship. Dose repiles: "I know that ship's emmission code and comm frequency. Maian's are especially protective of this area of space so we have cloak probes everywhere. I read off these probes and track the skedar ship by watching wether any probes detect the specific emmission code I input it to watch for. If it detects it it will inform me and show me where it detected it etc..."
Kirby just goes: "Uuhhhh. Thats nice..."
Dose: "Never mind."
Suddenly a red light starts flashing on the control board.
Kirby: "what's happening?!?!"
Dose: "A probe has just detected the emmission code that I inputed in the dectection database!!"
Kirby: "Huh?"
Dose: "Jeez. Ive found the skedar ship!!"
Kirby: "Huh?"
Dose: *sighs* IVE FOUND JOANNA!!!"
Kirby: "Ohhhh! Good. We better follow that ship then.
Dose: Right. Let's go.
Dose sets a course to stealthily track the skedar ship. After about 10 minutes in light speed they finally spot the skedar ship. Kirby sets up for action while Dose activates a radar deflection field that will protect them from sensors, but if the ship is seen, theyre dead. Kirby, suited in an official combat suit similar to the one in PK2 is ready to bust some ass. Dose tells him however that Kirby needs some stealth. Kirby reluctantly agrees. However, as soon as Kirby gets the first skedar in his sights he blasts away without using a silencer.
Dose sighes and sets his Callisto NTG to rapid fire instead of High-Impact Shells. He hands Kirby a spare Phenoix knowing Kirby's trigger happiness can be useful when your using explosive shells.
As they slowly progress through the ship, Kirby finds a room no amount of blasting can crack. Somehow he figures correctly that this is where Joanna is being held. Quickly telling Dose they set off to find a way into the room. Before they take one step, the ship is shaken with an earth shattering blast.
Kirby: What the hell was that?!
Dose: Dammnit. I think they just blew up my ship!!
Kirby: What!?!?! Now we can't escape!!
Dose: Exactly!! Theyre trying to trap us!! We have to get to the Control Chamber!! They probably know where we are right now...
Kirby: Yeah, we better get moving.
Dose:Right. Let's go.
The skedar ship was an endless maze of hallways and doors and intersections. They found themselves lost after searching for about 30 minutes. However, by some sort of stupified luck, they wandered right into the secondary operations center. Which was, quite unfortunatley well guarded. Although it was not equipped with a Suspension Field, it is equipped with Skreed. Skreed are high tech tracking guns that can be mounted on just about anything. Skreed posses something nobody likes, a blaster cannon so powerful it can melt through almost any alloy.
SO guess what happened then those two when the Skreed targeted intruders. No, Kirby or Dose didnt get blasted, but they got just about the second worst thing. The Skreed melted their weapons. So, left defensless against an army of Skreed and WELL EQUIPPED skedar, they did what any intelligent life form would do. RETREAT!!!
Destroying any possible speed record, the duo got the hell out of there. However, a really bad thing happened to thier race away form danger. It stopped. Caught in the Suspension Field, they couldnt do anything but wait until they were taken by a squad of skedar to the same interrogation chamber as Joanna.....

MEANWHILE ON EARTH.....

The Maians, taking full control of the Institute, they get the wounded to medical and use regenerate packs to revive everyone (yeah I know that was one real cheezey way to fix the dead bodies problem). After the DataDyne Troopers take 1.99 to a secure location, the Maians start organising squads of Institute soldiers for an attack on what ever they discovered thats so frickin important. TO Niels surprise, half the Maian Fleet are hovering above the Institute, waiting to pick up the soldier squads. Neil is of course obilvious to the fact that most of the institute's security is being deported to a war 500 000 000 miles away from the planet Earth. After trying to find out where his CD's went, he asks why nobody is telling him what the hell is going on. The Maian Leader tells him how they dicovered that the Skedar, using prototype Maian weaponry, Have constructed a powerful Super-Ray Gun as we would put it.
Niel: What? I thought we demolished thier homeworld!!
Maian Leader: Yes. Actually we did. Unfortunatley, the Skedar are as adaptable as you. They have already created many new homeworlds to prevent us form stopping them similarly again. They have colonized approximatley 13 worlds, some inhabited, some not. I am sad to say one of those worlds is a Maian Civilian Colony. Many innocents died to give the Skedar some more breeding space...
Niel: Im sorry. This must be very har-
Hey!! A penny!!
Wait. Aww! its just a tiny explosive! I thought it had something there!
Maian Leader: WHAT!?!?!! Evacuate!! Skedar Bomb Probe!! They will send reinforcement soon!! And our most of our Protectors are at the MAS!! All soldiers must leave!! We Protectors will cover you!!
Niel: Huh?
Maian Protector: Leave now!! You are about to be blown to tiny frickin pieces!!!
Niel: Oooookkkkkkkk.....
As the Institute soldiers and Niel take off on the last remaining ship they see DataDyne Assault Choppers flying to help out the remaining Maians. They felt confident that the Maians were gonna be alright. For about 5 seconds. Just as the Choppers were passing by, they were suddenly blown to smithereens by some unknown force. One second they were there and the next they were tiny bits and pieces. Shocked, they were afraid they were next. But by some insane luck they were not blasted into tiny bits and pieces. They had a good idea what they had just witnessed though and now they hoped that thier soliers at the MAS were doing thier job...

Meanwhile on the Skedar Ship...

Kirby and Dose have been trapped in the chamber for so long that they are beginning to hallucinate. The only way to comabt the powerful boredness slowly taking over their minds was to speak. In a high pitched voice.
Dose: What are we gonna do?
Kirby: I dont know.
Joanna: I wonder where Ian is....
Kirby: *sigh*
Kirby: (Stupid Ian!!)
Dose: We need a plan and fast.
Kirby: Yeah. Hey do you think this super-laser-cutter would help?
Dose: *shocked* UH... YEAH!!! What the crap!! Do you have any intelligence!?!?
Kirby: Uh, what's that?
Dose: *simply stares*
Joanna: Just get us out of here!!
Dose: Right...
After about 3 minutes later Joanna ,Dose and Kirby were outta there. Without weapons, they were forced to engage a trooplet of Skedar. Joanna made quick work of the Skedar and passed around some Maulers. Now armed and somewhat dangerous to slow witted Skedar, they formulated a plan to take over the Skedar Ship. Using Skedar tech against them they planned to go to the Skedar Weapons Hanger which they would find after scanning the ships Main Interface. The only problem with thier plan was that the Main Interface was deep in the heart of the Power Core, which of course was heavily guarded. But it was the only way to access the large supply of Slayers and Slayer ammo that they would need to overtake the powerful Skedar Ruler onboard. They would also need as much explosive as possible to destroy the secret Skedar weapon. Dose came up with the idea of trying to destroy the Skedar weapon because he doubted that even the massive Maian Fleet would have the power to destroy the Skedar Weapon. With the Skedar Ship he knew they had a better chance of sabotaging the weapon covertly than taking it head on. He was of course right. but for now, they are focused on getting to the Power Core. After taking care of some wandering Skedar, they departed for the Power Core. The trip wasnt as perilous as they had envisioned it but was plenty dangerous. Skedar were around every corner and each confrontation was etching away at thier chance of getting out alive. Finally though, they reached the core and were confronted by a small army of Skedar Elite which carried Slayers. This was somewhat good since Slayers had limited missles before reload althought thier explosive power was a threat as the Skedar's accuracy didnt really matter. As long as thier enemy was within blast radius, they probably wouldn't survive one missle. The only thing good here was there was lots of machinery that could be used as a shield, and they doubted that Skedar would shoot them willingly if it meant accidentally destroying some valuable machinery. Using various places as cover, they disposed of the Skedar easily. Only Dose suffered damage from a micro heat wave caused by a nearby missle blast. After entering they were glad to find no Skreed around and the Core was self-maintaining, so nobody was around. After a quick once-over they found the Main Interface and Dose quickly downloaded all the data he could access including the ships schematics. Unfortunatly Dose also downloaded a security virus the Skedar had placed on thier systems as a precaution. Dose, unknowingly had just started broadcasting thier position across the ship, alerting every Skedar to where they were. So you can imagine what happened. Well DUH!! As soon as they left the room, there were Skedar waiting, ready to attack. Startled by the Skedar, they didnt even get a chance to grab thier Maulers before they were fired upon. Joanna was the first to act, taking some Slayer missles and throwing them at the heart of the Skedar battalion. When nothing happened, the Skedar broke out in something I could only describe as a shrieking laugh. The noise sounded like metal being scraped against metal times 100. Although irritataed by the Skedars scream/laugh she quickly drew her Maulers and shot perfect Bulls-eyes on the missles, which exploded instantly. Most of the Skedar were either fried, blown apart, or thrown in a random direction. By this time, Kirby and Dose were blasting too, headshoting about 4/5 of the remaining Skedar. As Kirby finished the last of the Skedar, they set off to the weapons hanger, careful not to fall victim to a Suspension Field, like the last time. The ship now seemed strangely empty, and Kirby could feel that there was something wrong right after the 10th step.
Kirby: Somethings wrong.
Dose: What do you mean?
Kirby: This isn't right.
Dose: Well what is it?
Joanna: I feel it too.
Kirby: It's a...
Joanna: Duck.
Dose: Huh? Its a Duck?
Joanna: DUCK!!!
In a nanosecond, Joanna was pointing her gun at a Skedar. But this was no ordinary Skedar. This Skedar was taller, smarter, and its eyes....
Its eyes glowed red with the bright intensity of a raging infero of flames....

At the MAS (Maian Assimilation Station)....

Soldiers are quickly gathering for a ground raid as well as a HUGE air attack, hoping that they have enough firepower to take down the huge weapon. Thot, a Maian BirdWinger was a pilot for his exceptional Fleet Fighter : AeroDash. He was the Top-Pilot in Fleet Command and he knew it. That was the reason he was chosen to lead Quantum Squadron. Quantum was a top secret Squadron that was made with the best pilots in the galaxy. They also had the best tech, meaning they could take on an entire Skedar War Battalion and win. Without a scratch.
They had the super piloting powers to do it and they knew it. Exactly the reason for thier large role in destroying the weapon. As soldiers prepared for boarding and as they put on thier gear, Thot went to his incredible AreoDash and got in. The war would soon start, and they were hoping that the Skedar would be taken by surprise. But when Thot got about 1/3
there, he was instantly ambushed by a full Skedar War Squadron that had been in slow orbit of a nearby star. He quickly pulled into HyperDrive and did a slingshot manuever, right around the star, and easily attacked thier flanks. Within seconds, QuickSpeed missles had demolished the Squadron leaving only fragments of the ship to become space dust. He made a mental note to stay more aware. He slowed and waited for the large Maian War Cruisers to pass by before he moved again. "On those Crusiers were very important people." He thought...

The Cruisers were going at full speed, but still moved as slowly as a space-snail (or slug). They were loaded with troops ready to storm the Skedar Weapon-World. But When the Ender-Class Cruiser Melancholy recieved orders to activate full cloaking; the Captain, Hon-bar, immeadiatley knew something was wrong. His instincts told him to activate weapons and he did. Good thing too, because suddenly, hundreds of Skedar Skar appeared. Skar are ships that have a super pointy tip, used for warefare. They are also armed to the teeth with weapons. Although they were so well armed, they were quick, making them hard to shoot down. This also gave them at nasty ability to use thier razor-sharp point. They could litterally stab your ship until it decompresssed and its occupants froze or suffocated. Thats why Maians hated Skar. And now, they were faced with thousands upon thousands of Skar. A Skar Fleet of this size could destroy them all without firing a single shot. Only using thier razor-tips the Maians couldve been wiped out within hours. But because of Captain Hon-Bar's quick thinking, he fired cloak missles, which would float amidst the mass of Skar and detonate without being detected until it exploded. The effect of the blast was not only confusion but hell. The bits of blown up Skar hit other Skar, and effectively destroyed at least twice the amount of Skar it shouldve normally done. This caused the Skar to panic, which gave the Maians time to act. Following Hon-Bar's cue, they launched hundreds upon hundreds of cloak missles. This ultimately crippled the enemies, which relied on numbers to fight....

As soon as the Skar appeared, Thot was in action. He of course made no move until the cloak missles had detonated. Using the chaos of the blast as cover, he flew above them with his squadron to the enemies flanks. There they waited behind a small asteroid until they detected the hundreds of explosions that signaled the Skars destruction. Moving swiftly, he sped out from behind the asteroid and began firing. The remaining Skar were in the hundreds and Thot was ready for a challenge. Unable to contain his excitement, he activated "War" his millitary AI. It would tell him of any important information in case he missed anything. Now he was ready. Time for a little hunting trip.

Hon-Bar watched as the valiant AreoDash hunted down and destoryed the remaining Skar. Its pilot was certainly a skilled one and he wondered who the pilot was exactly. But even as skilled as this pilot was, Hon-Bar noticed his one mistake. The Aerodash was in pursuit of a group of Skar that kept weaving around and the AeroDash was missing again and again. He was concentrating on shooting down the enemies in front of him that he didnt notice a Skar had dodged away from the pack and slingshot around the nearby star to come firing from behind. Hon-Bar was eager to see what the pilot would do...

Thot laughed when he saw the Skar come from behind. He knew that it was there a long time ago. Quickly rolling aside, he watched as the enemy fire flew into space. He moved fast and ejected 3 mines to destroy it. The Skar tried to alter course but the Slingshot manuver had given it too much acceleration and it was blown apart. Thot now concentrated on blowing up the cluster ahead. But when he looked, they were gone and he realized they were trying to run. He knew they'd never make it. He signaled the rest of his squadron to spread and catch the Skar. War, his AI, warned him of incoming Skar weapons fire and he ducked down just in time to see red enemy fire pass over him. This was a more competent Skar pilot. He liked a challenge. The only problem was that he couldnt detect the Skar. Nor could he see him. The Skar wasnt behind him for sure. Had the Skedar developed ship cloaking yet? No. The Maians were the only race with large field shielding technology. But this was only explanation. Suddenly out of nowhere, more laser fire came and this time connected with its target. The blast sent him on a sideways/forward roll. He was fighting an invisible enemy so he had to work fast. More laser fire, and this time he was able to dodge it. He knew he couldnt just start firing at random, so he devised a plan. He accelerated for the star and just as he saw the laser fire he ejected a mine and went into HyperDrive. The mine exploded behind him and he hoped the hidden Skar pilot thought he had destroyed him. Once again slingshooting around the star, he launched his only two cluster missles at the blast area, hoping the Skar would go for a close-up inspection for a life-pod. It did. One of the 10 missles in one of the two clusters collided with the Skar. The Skar was spent spinning and Thot could see that the space around the Skar ship seemed to be warping, as the cloaking device shut down. Now Thot was sure that the Skedar had developed Large Field Cloaking Technology. He had to warn all the other ships as well as Maian Command of this new threat. Firing some well aimed shots, he destroyed the Skar. As soon as all the Skar were gone, the Cruisers continued on thier course...


Aboard The Skedar Ship....

Joanna Kirby and Dose were staring a the Skedar Ruler, which was about 8 feet tall, and had a slight greyish colour to its skin. Its hands/claws were holding a weapon Joanna had never seen before. But she was pretty sure that her Maulers were no match for the Rulers weapons. The last time she had the help of her Falcon 2, well loaded Maulers and a Slayer. This time though, she had a pair of Maulers that were less than half empty each. They needed to get to the Weapons Hanger to stop this Skedar but they wouldnt be able to get 3 feet before they were shot down. One had to get to the Hanger while the others had to fight to hold the Skedar Ruler off. The Ruler, was of course aware of this already and quickly fired shots at them. Joanna moved to the side, Dose ducked, and Kirby let 3 Charge-Shots rip right into the Rulers head. It fell to the ground twitching.
Joanna: Well that was certainly.... quick.
Kirby: Lets get to the hanger. I cant wait to get my hands on a Slayer!!
Joanna and Dose: uhhhhhhhhh..... We dont think that's such a good idea.
Kirby: What!?!? Why not?
Dose: Well Kirby. Youre just too r-
Suddenly the Skedar Ruler got up and fired 4 simultaneous rounds at Dose. Startled, Dose only managed to dodge 2 shots. Joanna was firing at the Skedar before the shots even reached Dose and some of the shots hit the Skedar. It was thrown back, and holes were seen on its chest. They watched in awe as the Skedar Ruler simply crouched as the hloes on its chest healed. the Skedar could HEAL themselves!! The Skedar Ruler let out a shriek/laugh and charged toward them. Kirby fired more Charge-Shots out of panic. The Ruler easily dodged them and charged right at Kirby, who just kept firing. The Skedar Ruler was caught in the head by one of Kirby's shots and it flew backwards again. Joanna and Dose knew what ahd to happen. Dose ran down the exit corridor to find the weapons hanger and Joanna reloaded her Maulers. Kirby reloaded too and got ready for the Skedar to get up again. They had to make sure the Skedar didnt go after Dose and avoid getting themselves killed. The Skedar twitched. Joanna let loose a couple of rounds at the Skedar and it stopped moving.

Dose was racing at full speed down the corridors. He tried not to feel the pain in his shoulder or lower rib-cage because he knew it would slow him down. But with every passing moment, he could feel the throb of his hearts pumping blood to his wounds to heal. He rounded a corridor and found the Weapons Hanger. The walls were lined with Slayers, Maulers and Reapers. Dose grabbed a Medi-pack from one of the emergency packs stored nearby and waited for it to heal him well enough. Then he grabbed as much weaponry as he could carry. 2 Reapers, 5 fully loaded maulers and 4 Slayers. He looked around and found what he wanted. A few HoverCrates that was reasonably big. He filled them with Slayer missles and attached Timers to every one except one. That one would be for the Command Center. He held them together in a cluster with some medical supplies and towed the crate through the hallways....

Joanna and Kirby were on thier toes trying to subdue the Skedar again. Joanna had taken her eye off the ball for 3 seconds and the Skedar used those 3 seconds to strike. It had leapt straight for her and Kirby had no chance to shoot. The Skedar Ruler slashed her arm but mostly missed her. It jumped and landed in the center of the room. Kirby just kept on shooting, stopping only to reload briefly. The Skedar had no weapons except its claws and Joanna tried the Skedars weapon against it. It was useless. The Ruler seemed to take no damage from the shot, and Joanna switched just as soon as she noticed that. Too late. The Ruler dashed for Joanna again, ready to make the final kill. But this time Kirby was ready. turning off charge-shot, he fired at a somewhat quick rate right in front of Joanna. it worked. The Skedar flew right into the hail of "bullets" and missed Joanna entirely. Moving lightning fast, she stepped sideways and Shot 3 Charge-shots into the Rulers head. It lay on the ground motionless. Dose burst into the hallway with about 7 HoverCrates. He was also buried in loads of Skedar Weapons. Joannna got a Slayer and gave one to Kirby. Dose took a couple of steps back.
Joanna: Ready?
Kirby: Yep.
Joanna: 1, 2, GO!
Kirby: Go? What about 3?
Joanna: *sigh* OK. 1, 2, 3. GO!!
Kirby and Joanna launched missles at the Skedar. They exploded in a fiery blast that sent shock waves up Joanna's boots. As the smoke cleared, they gasped. The only thing left were scorch marks left by the missles. Not a thing was left of the Skedar. It took a few seconds for Joanna to compute what was happening; but as soon as she realized, she took off in run. Tackling Dose just in time to save him from a pair of deadly Skedar Mauler Charge-Shots. Before even the Skedar knew it, Joanna had thrown the un-timered crate towards the Skedar as hard as she could. It only bounced harmlessly off the Skedar as if she had thrown a marshmallow at him. It burst into a hysterical fit of laughter. Dose already realized what she was doing and backed up a couple of steps. Kirby did the same. Joanna quick-drew her Mauler, spun it like a cowboy (or cowgirl), and fired 7 bulls-eye rounds at the HoverCrate. Not wasting a moment, she dashed a safe distance away from the crate before it exploded in a gargantuan roar. After the smoldering bits of Crate and Skedar stopped raining upon them did they turn around to see if the blast had destroyed the Ruler. Kirby was pretty sure since he could see the charred remains of the Skedars tough skeleton; some of which was still standing upright like a fragile house of cards. But now Kirby was realitively sure that the Skedar ruler was gone. So, gathering thier weapons, they departed to the Command Center where they could let the ship take them to the Skedar Weapon.

Conter Leader Kasakar led his remaining troops to the ZarFighter Hanger which held approximately 300 Zar WarFighters that were capable of nothing but mayhem and destruction.
Quickly assiging his each of his troops a fighter, he wondered how 3 enemies could kill almost all the ships defensive troops. He was indeed somewhat impressed at the human race. They were certainly a force to be reckoned with. Quickly jumping into a Zar himself, he and his troops departed the Hanger.

Dose noticed trouble right away. At the Control Station he was recognizing approximately 200 Skedar ships departing the ship. He assumed they were just escape pods, trying to leave the ship. Then he saw another wave of approximately 400 hundred Skedar ships. He knew that Skedar ships like this could only house 500 Life Pods. He instanly realized that there were 100 extra "pods". Before he could act, he detected 187 "Pods" firing on them. The blasts rocked the ship and Dose nearly fell over.
Joanna: WHAT IS GOING ON!!?
Dose: The remaining Skedar have launched themselves in fighters!! And now theyre firing on us!!
Joanna: OH GREAT!
Kirby: Where's the guns?
Dose: The weapons stations are over there!!
They all rushed to a station and got to work.

Kasakar was angry. He was losing his most trusted warriors to a trio of outsiders!! Channeling his anger he took aim and fired at a Defense Turret. The shot connected and the turret exploded, sending bits and pieces flying in all directions. He instructed his reamaining 120 to move in a starburst formation to hinder the enemies chance of a sucessful hit. He headed directly for the ship, weaving and dodging enemy fire like a pro. As he neared a turret, he was blindsided by a shot that couldnt have come from the ship. He instantly recognized the ship as a Skar fighter. He wondered why it was here; but when it continued to fire on him, he simply shot down the annoyance. He turned his attention back to the matter at hand. Destroying the Captured Ship. He turned his head just in time to see turret fire heading directly at him. He acted so fast it might've appeared the ship had teleported from one place to another. The shots passed by harmlessly. He aimed, fired and destroyed another turret in about 4 seconds, while his remaining Squadron flew around in rotating formations.
As he returned to his squadron, he instructed them to fly in small, 2 fighter groups and spread around the ship. Following thier orders, they spread like a blanket around the ship. Kasakar dispatched orders to open fire on the ship with everything they had. In seconds, laserfire rained down on Dose, Kirby, and Joanna like so many droplets of water. The ship rocked from the numerous impacts to its hull while firing shots of it's own, trying to fend off its attackers. But many of the shots missed, only scorching a hull or bouncing off space debris that surrounded them. Soon the ship was failing under the powerful oppressive fire Kasakar and his tropps were providing. He could see minor cracks along the ships exterior, showing its defensive shell was breaking. Kasakar smiled, and breathed deeply, enjoying the smell of victory.

Dose, Kirby and Joanna were being tossed back and forth like bean-bags. The ship was shaking so violently that Dose thought it would break in two any second now. He strongly hoped that wouldnt happen. He was in the middle of initiating his "genius plan". Using the ships rocking to his advantage, he constantly jumped from one station to another, editing ship settings. He sometimes felt a pulse of pain in his lower ribcage, probably meaning a broken rib or two, but it soon faded. Kirby and Joanna were still at thier Weapons Stations, firing on the enemy Zar Warships that were trying to kill them so. Dose hoped he would finish implementing his plan. Quickly jumping to the last station, he begun changing weapons settings and ship settings and prepared the fuel tanks. His plan was ready.

Kasakar felt good. The sweet smell of victory lingered around him and he loved the smell. But as soon as it had come, it had left, leaving behind the musky smell of defeat. And that wasnt good. Before anyone, even Kasakar, could realize it, the ship was broken in two. He could see the break right along the middle. It wasnt after about five minutes, that he realized that there were two things wrong. But by then it was too late. His troops had stopped thier engines and deactivated thier weapons for a celebration. "A celebration of defeat" were the last words Kasakar thought. Nobody paid enough attention to realize that the ship was healing itself. But when they did realize it, it was waaaaaay too late. Deadly fire began blasting them like they were fish in a barrel. Troops were watching as the ships aorund them burst into flames. Only few were able to get thier engines back on but they were still destroyed.
Within minutes, Kirby, Dose and Joanna had completely anihilated the Zar Warfighters. Now on to the Skedar Weapon...


AT THE SKEDAR WEAPON-WORLD...

Delryx watched from the command center as his Skedar minions scurried to and fro, preparing the Skedar weapon. At last they were within arm's reach of the precious "Hippin Jippin Gene" that would make them unstoppable. The weapon that would open the gateway to the road of Paradise. Delryx constantly dreamed of Paradise. It had become a often reoccurance recently and he supposed it was a sign. A sign of things to come. Of the FUTURE. The magnificent future that Delryx dreamed of. He and milloins of other Skedar. He slipped into a realm of fantasy, and was interrupted only by the loud alarms that suddenly pulled him back into
reality.
