Bloodhound Ypsilon

My entry for s contest. At least one of them, because I'm not very happy with how this turned out, it looked good with only him and the grass there. =/ It doesnt matter though, I've entered for Bloodi, not to win anything (he already is too nice to me and draws me random piccies *luffs*) I'm just dissapointed of the way it looks after all the effort I put into it. I have another drawing done, but my scanner's driver is not installed so I'm probably not going to make the deadline as I have exams or papers due for the rest of the week.

Name: Ypsilon (commonly spelled as upsilon)
Gender: Male
Age: unknown, around a 100 (in Ileyah years)
Type: desert x swamp [decidous forest, swamp, bog, mixed forest] mix.
Home planet: Ileyah, stairway to heaven - although he moves around quite a bit.
Height: 150cm at the shoulder when on all fours [a bit taller than normal desert bloodhounds, but smaller than swamp ones]

-Has a bit larger eyes, adapted to night vision
-Has spent some time in the crystal forest, thus his eye markings are a bit stretched out to form a half moon shape at the bottom of his eyes + the sign on his forehead is silver
-Has partly retractable claws
-Medium length fur, shorter on most of the body but longer in certain areas
-Very thick footpads
-Tail is quite long

Personality:

He's very secretive and doesnt like company much, and company doesnt like him back because he's a bit eccentric. It is hard to say whether he is just very smart or a bit insane. He travels the world with a slight maniacal tendency, looking for something he doesnt know the nature of yet. So, in short he is viewed as very strange because he does not know the reason of his existance yet.
He likes learning as much as he can about everything and is very open minded about different things, and would never judge anyone for what they have done, no matter how strange or wrong it seems to everyone else. He is a strong believer in one's right to choose one's own destiny and to follow it at any cost as long as you believe in it. This, of course, lends him in trouble with other Bloodhounds quite a bit. He is not "evil" though, he just lives by his own motives, and doesnt necessarily try to cause harm to others if he can find another way to arrive to the same result. To him, morals are not universal but are something every individual has to figure out on their own.

So, yep, my own Bloodhound character. Every single one of my personal creations has a little piece of me in them, and so does Ypsilon. =3

And now back to slaving over political science exam preparation. x.x
