Yet another lame try from my side to create something that looks somewhat like a human being xD
I like this attempt of mine a lot better than the previous though n_n
My favourite parts of this picture are the earrings, the lips and the eyes.
I know that I still have a lot of things to practice drawing and portraying, but I think it is a pretty good try for someone who really hates and cannot draw people, right?
Anyway, I would really appreciate it if you can give me some kind of tips on improvement, yet not upon this particular picture x3

I think you caught the features pretty well, but should look at the nose and lips. They're very stylized and almost looks like you intently exaggerated them to look like a doll. Nothing wrong with that, but if you want a slightly less doll looking face, then I'd suggest studying portraits and pictures of people's faces, particularly the shades and highlights around the nose and mouth/lips.

I do like the picture on it's own thought, you've added just the right accents and highlights to make it pleasing to the eye
