TORA TORA TORA

So, yes, this picture is done for Geoff (AKA G) of EXEHQ, who I am thankful for being such a great friend to me. He's gone out of his way to do such generous things for me, and I feel forever in his debt. He also likes Tokyo Mew Mew, and since Ichigo's his favorite character, well...

I drew Momomiya Ichigo instead of Mew Ichigo because I suck at drawing Mew outfits. I decided to add some cat attributes because just drawing Ichigo seemed too plain.

The idea of the "TORA TORA TORA!" thing was from last weekend, when G turned the background of his website into tiled images of women saying,"TORA TORA TORA!" I was amused, and when he showed me the video, the idea sprouted. I swear, I'm making the video less funny each time I type,"TORA TORA TORA! AIE AIE AIE!"

This CG was really quick because of the lack of things to color. I also tried smearing the shadings of the top and the skirt while keeping the brush mark steady and noticable. I was happy with the success.
