Yus! It's Sailor Scorpius!! It's the form Scorpio (Scorin Winterthorne) uses before she's accepted as a soldier of the white moon kingdom, once again. She runs around doing Sailor-V like things, but also, as the soldier of Lust, Passion and Death she has a bad habit of crashing weddings and tearing up wedding dresses in bridal shops, in the belief that there is no such thing as love, and all things symbolizing it must be destroyed.

Mm. I love how I did her vinyl, the BG didn't turn out too bad, either.
