it's ok, probably the weakest of the three. i mean not much on the story side, and the animation has always been very strange to me. i couldn't see those kids being able to stand up even in a cartoon world with those nubs for legs.
woooooooooooo, ninja kid attacks!! non stop skateboad fighting goodness. I love the part where they are fighting with sticks and they keep breaking. lol.
