So you need to make them both aligned. I'm not even going to go into the subject where all of their nose look odd, because I've already critizised to you on that in the last picture that I commented on. Second, I think we should take a look at her body proportion. Her breasts are way off to her left side of her body. Also, she needs a curve around her breasts, because with a breasts that big, we can still see a shape and the curve of her breasts. Take a look at this for reference: breast 1breast 2breast 3. Third, her waist needs curve, and make her butt and thigh should be more bigger. Next, the length of her thigh is too short. It should be almost 1/4 longer from her middle finger. Finally, her leg needs to be 1/4 more longer like her thigh, alteast.
Second of all, I'm only pointing out three things for Drew: First, the size of his fist is too small, so make it bigger. Next the angle of his arm is too low and too streight, so make his hand come up to his sholder, and that also goes to his stick. Finally, his hood don't need wrinkle on the top like that. Take a look at this.
Third of all, Raid's posision needs work. He looks like his left leg feet faced to the front, and looks like it is broken. So it should face the direction his body is facing. Also, his arm is too short so make it longer than that.
Next, is Josh's front hair/bangs anti gravity or something? Otherwise, you made his hair fload too high, like Goku from Dragon Ball. It looks unnatural, so make the angle of his bangs alittle lower.
Next, where is Tim's eye/eye lashes? You can atleast see Eye lashes in that pose. Next, I would like to point out his right foot, since his right feet is further than the left feet, and the right feet should stick out more. Finally, you should draw shape of his Knuckles, like you did with Drew.
Finally, the way you did flame is unrealistic. Reference this, this, and this if you're going to do some flame.
I hope you follow it, cause you really need to work those out, before pointint things out with other people's art. But it's your choice to do it or not.
