I drew this to commemorate Vex-chan's birthday on Nov. 13. How appropriate that I finally finished it on the anniversary of his release from stasis, Jan. 6 Vex is sporting the new outfit he got for his birthday. He likes being different from the other Shadows. He's got an arrow pointing at his crotch. Yeah... that's appropriate, too XP
