The hardest part I'd say, would be the face cloth (or "tourniquet" as I like to call it, hehe) because of all the design, and I had to modify it a lot. But hey, atleast I didn't have to worry about screwing up the nose!
His hair looks so smooth, you kinda just wanna pet it. . .
