From the look of his expression he's either saying 'What are you looking at?' or 'What the heck am I doing here?' but eagles do have that annoyied/shocked expression all the time anyway.
I was bored and decided to do something different which involed sticking an eagle head on Hiro
although talon hands would have been cool it wasn't going to happen the wings too so I used the Phoenix wings.
