Here's a screenshot of the new updates center. Currently selected is the artwork, which shows a list of users on the left you can select from.
A few features:
No refreshing of the page whatsoever.
You can now quick reply to the comments.
All updates pending removal are stored in a cookie. They are not removed until you hit empty dustbin. There is also an undo button in case you accidentally remove an update.
Each type of update is in its own tab.
You should see this on Sheezy within the next couple of weeks. Definitely before Christmas. It's part of the whole new Sheezy Art :-).
