You can blame Neon for inspiring me to draw caTzy again. Whatever, everybody likes caTzy. You know you do. >-<

The inking was done with the freeform pen tool, and would be my very first attempt at doing so, but I'm rather pleased with the result. Also, hooray for glittery-looking hair.

Guess she kinda looks like she's pondering something, but I don't know what she's thinking. What's she thinking?
