Looks really great, really good looking details and textures as well as good colors.
As for constructive crit, well, it all looks really good to me, if anything I would say yo should adjust the placement of the horns so it looks more like it's on the top of his head rather than his jaw.

I think the left horn should be more on the left site of his head.
ow! and the 'plates' on his neck - the 'plates' should be smaller on the 'top' and then become little bigger when you 'come down'
