yuu-chan

i'm doing a speech on the whale shark at the osaka aquarium. i am very nervous about giving it. her name is yuu-chan and you can read a bit about here here, but the japanese site has more info.

anyway. these are my visual aids.

top left- 'kakkoii' aka good looking. because grey is a colour good for all ocassions. yuu chan is a fashionable shark.

top middle- friendly yuu chan. another reason you have to love the shark. she's always smiling at you.

top right- my demented version of why yuuchan eats krill is because she saw jaws and thought it would be a better idea to give the world a message of peace. so this is some sort of yuu-chan jaws parody poster.

lower left- yuuchan is a girl. thusly portrayed, because i didn't want to get into a discussion about how sharks have two wangs in another language.

lower middle- contrary to what i wish, yuuchan does not eat sunfish. damn.

lower right- yuuchan and her friends in the giant tank. a manta and some fish. yup.

i got nothin.
