Runaways! Heck yeah! This is one of the best things to hit American comics in a long time. If Marvel figures out what they've done here, I'll be very proud. Heh heh. After all, it's not "manga style" that caused the comic sales boom in the past decade, but the
new audience that wasn't formerly being
targeted. Hee hee heh heh heh heh!
Ahem. Okay, if you haven't read this series, go out and find it. The complete first series is availiable in a nice, big, relatively affordable hardback. Six kids discover that their parents are a conspiracy group of supervillains, and they have to figure out what to do about it. Brian K. Vaughan, co-creator and writer, fantastically makes these kids as actual believable teenagers. And co-creator and penciller Adrian Alphona is one of my very favorite artists. Draws lips better than anyone else on the planet.
From left to right: Mollie Hayes, daughter of mutant terrorists; Karolina Dean, daughter of extraterrestrial warlords; Nico Minoru, daughter of dark wizards; Alex Wilder, son of crime lords; Chase Stein, son of mad scientists; Gertie Yorkes, daughter of time-travelling thieves, with psychic deinonychus Old Lace.
I want my next issue already.

Arsnic doesn't look very happy. Is this cause they always leave her and Old Lace behind?

Looks really cute, I have no idea about the comic - but I do like the way you draw. My fave has to be the kid in the goggles :)
