That is very nice. You can tell that it has wing, which is a good thing right off the bat. However, I personally feel that the emoticon itself is dark and hard too see. It could be due to your dark theme you have here, but what I see is two wings with two white eyes and a small patch of blue in the top left aria. Maybe if you started with the current lightest blue being the dark aria and whent lighter, it would make it much easier too see.
The wings are done wonderfully. The shading on them is top notch, and really give depth to the overall feeling. Good job.
