Copied from DA
Whew, this one definately took a long time. I probably spent three weeks on this project for my Computer Art 2 class in high school. We were assigned to make a game box for any console we chose (even Atari). We pretty much had free reign over it, as long as it was school appropriate. Too bad most of the kids at school are lazy or uncreative, since there were billions of GTA and DDR parodies.
I got my idea from the original story of Wrong Place, Wrong Time (my old sprite comic), except with a much better story. It took me awhile to get the title of my game as well as the design of the cover and the description on the back.
The project would eventually force me to buy a flash drive from Wal-Mart ($29.99 for 256 MB) in order to transport the Photoshop file from school to my own PC. Unfortunately, my computer isn't as powerful as the Macs at school, so it took a lot of time to do a simple paint job.
In the end, I'm very satisfied with the cover. I'd like to thank my friends on helping me with this project.
