I figure I'd give AJ a different look. The first part of my game, "Vacant Memories", she will wear her usual suit of black. Later on, towards the end of the middle of the game she will change her look as an abandonment of the agency and what they did to her.
As for the outfit I chose, firstly I wanted to have her tummy showing because I wanted to show off the markings there. I wanted the outfit to still have a sense of the suit she use to wear, so I gave her a black tank top with a necklace that connected it, kind of like the suit but more stylish.
As for the skirt, I felt her having a mini skirt like Kairi from "Kingdom Hearts" would be cool. I actually always wanted to give a character a mini-skirt with a cool outfit. She has a slit on both sides and I also gave her mini-shorts underneath. Kept the belt and that, in my opinion, goes quite well with the skirt.
I gave her boots because I wanted her to still have those high heels the suit boots gave and I actually wanted them to be thigh high, but decided against it. Instead, I gave her socks that are thigh high and I think that give her a better look. On her lower legs she has those same markings as she does on her stomach so I put them on her boots. Originally she wears a ring on one of her ankles, so I out rings on both boots. Honestly, I think the markings and rings give the boots a better look.
I kept the armlets and finger-less black gloves she wears, but added the double blue line markings she wears to make them a bit more stylish.
Instead of the old sunglasses, I gave her some googles that are like sunglasses she can wear on her head. Honestly, I have a thing for putting sunglasses and goggles on my characters because that's my own usual look.
As for the hair, I figured she'd slice off all that long hair she had to make it more light and, of course, whenever someone undergoes a transformation the hair has to be either sliced or different somehow. I wanted her hair to be somewhat like Yuna's from FFX-2 and somewhat like Blackrose's from .hack//sign. So short, with some flare. I think it gives her a very stylish look and works well with the rest of the outfit.
Reason I didn't put this the Scraps category is because I think the look is finished.
Now all I need is color scheme.
