Her character, Vinera based off of my species and her Tigress, whom is not a mutant cat, getting made over by Vinera and not particularly enjoying the ritual. Mutant cats, the females at least, are notorious for being obsessed with frilly, lacy things and ribbons, which they wear in excess all the time thus doubling their cuteness and floofishly girly appearance. As you can see... they tend to 'frillify' others against their will.
