Tenma from the anime/manga, School Rumble.

It's my first piece in quite some time (years), but it turned out better than I would have thought. I think the arms & hands could probably be a bit better, along with the shading, but I like it overall. =)

Yeah, I imagine the head may look a bit weird - as it's basically Tenma's normal head stuck on a small body. =p I don't really know how to make a head for a chibi character, so... ^___^;;
