Dyaus is mistaken as Victim12, the most fatal of all plagues, in the story. (In the Victim12 universe, 11 plagues are born and reborn into mortal skins. Unless all 11 are Awakened in the same timeline, Victim12 can not Awaken.) Rather, he's actually a trigger to Victim12's Awakening. As the Blood plague, he has unlimited restorative properties tied to his flesh cage.

Interesting character and concept art. I really like how you rendered his hair and his leather pants. His "flesh cage" is really detailed. :)
