Beach Time_WIP

This is an edited sketch that I was going to finish for a Contest over at Dev. But, due to reasons that I don't know of, the contest had to be cancelled when the creator made a new account. I think someone was harrassing her D: How EVIL! Don't know if she's trying to avoid certain people, so I won't link to her account.
I don't know if I'll ever finish, so this might be an eternal WIP
