Cobalt - Djinn of Frost

The youngest of my Djinn, Cobalt. He's kind of a loner, often giving the cold shoulder to those who he doesn't know (no pun intended). His favorite thing is to sit out on a bench on a snowy night and listen to the quiet.
You can't tell from this image, but his scales are pale blue, laced with silver lattice snowflake patterns, and his hair is white as fresh powder.
.... and I put way too much thought into these characters.
