THESE ARE MY OPINIONS. EVERYONE IS PROBABLY GOING TO BE OFFENDED BY THIS IN SOME WAY.

Well, I'm sure by the fact that you clicked on this, that you're a gamer, like myself. Now, there's one thing that pisses me off. You dumb fucks who think the only "good" games are the ones on newer systems. If I tell someone my favorite system is Super NES or Genesis, they'll look at me like I'm joking. These are the kind of people who didn't know that the Ninja Gaiden and Prince of Persia were series created nearly 20 years ago.

Here's the most frequent statements and question a lot of classic gamers get thrown at.

"Why play games that are old"
Why play games? With your so called logic, you shouldn't. Think about it, in 5 years, you're never going to think about your PS2 again, aren't you?

"Yes I am!"
No, you just proved to me by asking why I play older games that you're an idiot. Come back in 5 years and show me you playing the next-gen systems of today so I can label you a hypocrite.

Now, I know some of you are reading this and are pretty pissed. Well, answer me these questions. Did you buy PSX when it came out? N64? Did you have FUN when you played it? If you had fun playing it back then, why can't you have fun now? Saying the graphics are "bad" doesn't make any sense. They weren't bad back then, were they? Of course not. Why can't you just have fun like you used to and ignore the other systems? So you've seen better graphics. Well, no one complained when Dreamcast came out with PS2-like graphics, now did they? Makes you think, doesn't it.

Now, onto my next topic. Gameplay. I don't care what you people say, Halo is probably THE most overrated game I have ever played. I actually BOUGHT Xbox for Halo because I heard about how amazing it was. Holy shit, was I dissapointed. You people say it's the best FPS ever. That title belongs to Perfect Dark, if you ask me. Don't get me wrong, Halo isn't a bad game, but Jesus, do you people make it seem like it's the greatest game on Earth.

Speaking of which, let's get onto what I hate most. Fucking. Fanboys. God damn, do you people piss me off. You're already saying PS3 is going to kill Xbox 360 and Revolution, or that Revolution is going to kill Xbox 360 and PS3, or Xbox 360 is going to kill PS3 and Revolution. You know what? FUCK YOU ALL! Have you played ANY of these systems yet? No, you haven't, so why can't you all shut the fuck up and stop pretending you're fucking Ms. Cleo or some shit like that. I'd rather see how a game PLAYS than know what kind of processor it has or whether it has a hard drive or not. These are games, not fucking computers. It's the gameplay that counts, not the specs. Speaking of fanboys, we're at a hot time on the handheld market. DS vs. PSP. Well, PSP has some mediocre games if you ask me, and I've heard this from people who even have PSP. Why do people like it? Why else? The features. You so called "gamers" have gotten so lost you don't even know what game systems should be anymore. PSP is a movie player, MP3 player, web browser, and even more bullshit we don't need. Sony put so much time thinking about new little features to put on it that they forgot one thing. That'd be games! Now, I'm no fanboy, but you have to admit, DS games are more fun than PSP games. I don't own either PSP or DS yet, but I've played both and I love DS more. Warioware Touched kicks the crap out of ANY bullshit port of a PS2 game. Casltevania DS and Animal Crossing DS look promising as well. Meh, I'll get PSP some day, as soon as it goes down in price. I just wanna hack that thing so I can put roms and emulators on it.

Erm, yeah, anyways, lemme think. I probably left some shit out that I want to say. Originally I was just gonna rant about classic games, but I guess I expanded a bit :3. Feel free to comment and stuff on whether you aggree or want to kill me ;D

Oh, and if you don't think I am a true gamer, I suggest you take a look at all the games I own. I rated all of them, so you can actually see that there are good and bad games for EACH generation (Some people seem to think I only like old games and hate all new games, which is entirely untrue).

I'll end it with this. You are in no way a true gamer if you can't accept the classics.
