Boris and Brick sketch.

First off this is just quickie concept I digitally inked (maybe I'll nice it up later) and i KNOW there are some serious perspective problems on Brick

Boris and Brick are two characters I've been developing mentally for awhile. This is just a height comparison, Boris is around 6'0" -6'1", Brick is 6'6" and "as wide as a fucking car". Not fat as you can tell. Brick ain't a meathead either, he doesn't like taking orders but doesn't have to, with that much muscle to kick around. He's a bit impulsive but gets along well with Boris, who has helped him through some tough times. Brick acts like an accelerant in any heated head-on-confrontations, usually ending up in fists or shouting obscenities. Brick and Boris don't always see eye to eye, and should phsyical conflict arise they usually (luckily) end up with both Brick and Boris laughing hysterically as Boris submits to Brick's physical dominance. It's like trying to stop a freight train.

Boris and Brick are both "privateers", Brick like I said is smart, but is the muscle most of the time. Boris is interesting, he's strong, but obviously not as strong as Brick. He got bored with life, never went to any higher education and developed his skills. Deception, finesse with firearms, and technical skills, all of them aiding his business adventures. He's quite brilliant but horribly motivated, and has a habit of boozing and chain smoking. Brick on the other hand is completely straight edge after some years of being an abusive alcoholic. This is one thing that Brick and Boris never see eye to eye on, and it strains their relationship as buddies and business partners. Brick owns a starship, and Boris a one-seater multicraft(air/space ship). Boris pretty much runs the schemes and handles the money, and Brick trusts him on the payout.
