the e-alien

i'm thinking of calling these ealians, just for kicks. i can't remember their real name. back in like 95 or 96 or something, i had an assignment in art class to do a collage and story based around a letter of the alphabet. i got the letter E. this alien chick (yes chick) whose name i think was ellie, had to fix the egress hatch on some space ship but it busted. so she went into the jungle and found some weird shit, like eggs and an egret. and in the end she fixed the hatch and everyone was happy yay.

i ran across her original design cleaning the basement to move. although it looked awful, i remembered how much fun they were to draw. so i more or less revived her to play with. i forgot about this species, they were fun. it makes me want to do more with them.

this alien species was entirely inhuman-unrelated, too. just fyi.

i tested out my new water colours on her. the black's really strong.
