"You're Not Alone Anymore."

My entry for a contest on another site. I actually drew and shaded this with a regular pencil. Then I improved it with the smudge and darken/lighten tools. I wanted to add more to the picture, but I decided it didn't really need anything else. I didn't want to distract from the emotion in their expressions. At least, I tried to put emotion into their expressions... =^^=

Before Link came along, Zelda had to fight the evils of the Twilight Realm all by herself. Or so it seems, according to the trailer and various interviews. That is one hard job to do, both phisically and especially mentally. Well, Zelda's been upset or disturbed by something here, and she's just about had enough. Link notices this, seizes her by the shoulders, and tells her it'll be alright because she's not alone anymore. Thus the title of the picture. ^^ He's not angry, oh no, he's sincere and earnest. He wants her to know he is there for her to fight by her side. I'm thinking they would embrace after that. ^^ I was going to add an embrace into the picture, but I couldn't find a good way to include it, as I explained in the first paragraph.
