The classic beauty of this immediately caught my eye. She's very pretty, and I love the mixture of the pose you've placed her in, her expression, and every feature of this delightfully beautiful neko(?). (Some use the term, others don't <_<)
I can't help but mention that the colors in this are fantastic. You use quite a bit of black, but it doesn't overshadow and take too much attention from the rest of the lovely image that lies within the dark color. Though I love correct usage of black in images. =3 Her facial expression is adorable, and looks quite uncertain of whatever she's viewing over that pale shoulder of hers.
Also, thumbs up on those clothing details. =3 And such well designed clothing at that!
