Just a little bit of completely random fan art. I used to be completely obsessed with the Sonic the Hedgehog games for Genesis/Master System. Tails being my favorite character of all time. (Though I hate what they did to the characters when they moved onto the Dreamcast etc.)
Oh, and the setting is supposed to be Hydro City (from Sonic 3).

Not a bad level, but the first boss there can be quite annoying, especially with Knuckles (Sonic & Knuckles Collection).
