This is Soujirou-sama and Okita-sama from Rurouni Kenshin. They don't really look like themselves though o_O; I didn't really use reference
And they are suppose to be chibi but it looks more like a half chibi half non chibi mutilation. There are a lot of wrong bits with his picture... the hands especially o_O; And Soujirou-sama's neck is too long and skinny ;x; Waaaaah gomen nasai gomen nasai!
Okita is going to stick that paper on the kite. But if he really takes as long as it took me to do that kanji... well he'd probably fail in school >_>;
