Ara - Anyone who has worked in an office will know how this feels. More a circus than a job, taming the terrible telephones, finding the fabulous files and cowing the complicated computers.
Arc - Four years in a complaints department is enough to drive anyone into the deepest realms of not caring too ^-^ the true fact of it is the louder you complain the longer it'll take, be nice and understanding and the operator will be much more likely to help and del with it fatser. trust me I know.

it's easier to teach an elephant to jump than trying to keep polite while dealing with the complaints of a thousand clients at once.
