INFILTRATION

There are two purposes for this piece. The first, being that I wanted to try a new process of colouring in Photoshop that I never really tried before. This process basically went through blocking in the figure and scene in b&w, and then going back and selecting areas to show the appropriate color. All the while going back and touching up here and there throughout the whole piece. The time to complete this piece was around 6 hours.

The second purpose has two motives of its own. One was to recreate a character I made over two years ago which can be found here: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/1614132/. The other motif was to compare how much i've progressed, any opinions on this matter?
