Tinka Tinka Too had successfully run down Kiwi Tart for Don Carlos. Kiwi Tart had failed the Don on a secret package run and then tried to flee the country, but... had she deserved being run down by a pony scooter? Surely there could have been another ending to Kiwi Tart's story.
Feeling guilty after doing her job as Don Carlos's right hand pony, Tinka Tinka Too parked her scooter and whipped out some sidewalk chalk. After particularly difficult assignments, nothing calmed the purple pony down better than a nice soothing game of hopscotch. She marked out the squares lightly dusting her hooves with the colored powder.
Should she have? Should she not have? Questions fired across her mind as she drew. Then, as she began hopping back and forth across her creation, all guilt and bad feeling left her. It was like she was a carefree child in Ponyville again. How had she let her life spiral so violently out of control?
At least for now, it did not matter.
Hop on, pony. Hop on.

Her inner thoughts weren't the only things she had to struggle with. She knew that The Pony Untouchables were already on the case, and while they had little to go on just yet, they had reason to believe that she was responsible for several other dispatchings for the great Don Carlos.
But for now, it wasn't a problem. Only the zen of the hopscotch mattered.
