MGS fan character Scarlet

yes another fan character,i have one more too.. (age:24)
Yup Scarlet(of course is not her real name)anyways she is from a Russian organization
that want to have tha Metal gear in their hands(mwahaha).Yes another evil guys...
And Scarlet can fly yes SHE CAN FLY,but she dont have wings(this wing is fake i only like to draw a wing in this pic lol) ok..then i was saying she can fly 'cause she have a special cloths,yes,made with a special woven with thing ,blah!i cant explain in english 'cause im so bad at english
